Nansikombi Janefer is a Senior Records Officer currently serving at Kakumiro District Local Government, a role she has held since 2023 following her progression within the same institution. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Records and Archives Management from Makerere University (2015), as well as a Certificate in Electronic Records Management, DSpace Repository Software, and Turnitin Anti-Plagiarism Systems from Makerere University Business School (2024). Her career began as an Administrator at New Forest Company (2016–2018), after which she transitioned into public service as a Records Officer (2019–2022), demonstrating consistent growth and commitment to her profession.

She is a dedicated, organized, and methodical professional with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in teams. Janefer is reliable, eager to learn, and open to taking on new responsibilities across diverse work environments. Her key competencies include digital and paper records management, database management, data analysis, and team leadership, supported by excellent communication and listening skills. Her promotion to Senior Records Officer reflects her strong performance and professional dedication. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new ideas, as well as engaging in sports and music.
